Irish Tiramisu Martini- Served in a Glass
Ingredients
Makes 2 servings
1/4 cup espresso
4 oz Baileys Original Irish Cream
1/3 cup sweet mascarpone cheese
2 scoops vanilla, chocolate or coffee ice cream
2 to 4 ice cubes
Garnish
2 soft ladyfinger cookies sliced lengthwise
** you can use other sandwich cookies, or Milano’s shortbread cookies instead
2 tbsp Nutella or Chocolate spread
Chocolate syrup
Method
Blend together the espresso, Irish Cream, ice cream, mascarpone, and ice until smooth. Turn on the Froth/Whip setting on the blender and whisk for 5 seconds.
Drizzle chocolate syrup along inside edges of over-sized martini glasses using a squeeze bottle (as shown in the photo). If that seems hard, pour some chocolate sauce into a glass plate, then invert the glasses onto the plate to cover the rim with chocolate. Put the glasses in the freezer for 2-3 minutes so the chocolate sets a little.
Assembling the Drink
Now pour the mixture from the blender into the glasses. To serve the Irish Tiramisu Martini, take 2 sandwich cookies (you can use ladyfingers or Milano’s shortbread cookies), lather a generous helping of Nutella on the cookies and make a Nutella Cookie sandwich. Take a white serving plate, position the Tiramisu Martini in the center, and serve along with the sandwich cookies.
A good example is this packaging for cookies: print on a blank sheet the recipe with ingredients and preparation and use it to wrap the cookies. Decorate with ribbons on the sides to close. Ingenious, right?

Taco Pizza Waffle
Ingredients:
- Store bought pizza dough (in the roll).
- Shredded cheese
- Chicken
- Taco seasoning
- Sour cream
- Hot sauce
- Extra (as preferred): onions, bell peppers, jalapenos, etc..
Instructions:
- Pre-heat the waffle iron.
- Cook the chicken with the taco seasoning, then tear into little pieces.
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut into rectangles. (The size depends on how much you want and how big your waffle iron is)
- Put the cheese, chicken, and any other items you’d like on one side of the rectangle pizza dough.
- Fold the other side of the dough over the ingredients, and pinch the sides, so it looks like a square hot pocket.
- Place it on the heated waffle iron and press it until it become brown (like the picture).
- Put sour cream, cheese and hot sauce on top and eat it!
This is really good with regular pizza ingredients, too. You can add the marinara sauce on the inside or use it as an “icing” and put it on top.
The picture probably doesn’t do it justice, but it’s good!
